Of course, you’ve heard, Suits star Meghan Markle is engaged to marry former British soldier next year!
All jokes aside, it was an early Christmas present last week for fans of the Royals and generally fans of weddings when Prince Harry and Meghan Markle announced their engagement for a Spring 2018 wedding.
Whilst this was the Christmas present come-early for many enthusiasts, some people have spotted something that might make the news that little bit more Christmassy!

Travon Free tweeted a picture that highlights the similarities between the newly engaged couple and the two kids from Love Actually. And not only do Sam (played by Thomas Brodie-Sangster) and Joanna (played by Olivia Olson) look oddly similar to Harry and Meghan, but are also British and American respectively.
Royalists, Christmas and Love Actually fans alike, of course, reacted with pure festive joy!

We can all accept it’s a crazy coincidence/Christmas miracle that these two newly engaged look a bit like the beloved Christmas film characters. However, we can still hope that somewhere Harry and Meghan have seen the tweets or read this article (granted, it’s unlikely) and are home recreating the famous scene with their drum set and microphone.
