No it hasn’t been an elaborate joke or an oddly terrifying nightmare…The most powerful man in the world is somehow property tycoon, TV celebrity, Donald J. Trump. Yes, it still sounds ludicrous even 6 months on from that fateful day in November.
Tomorrow on 29th April, will mark the 100th day of Donald Trump’s presidency, having been inaugurated as the 45th president of the United States on 20th January.
To mark the occasion The Simpsons have provided a parody of Trump’s first 100 days.

“A hundred days in office, so many accomplishments,” says Trump as he’s sat in his four-poster bed, a thunder-storm sounding in the background, scrolling through his phone with books surrounding him such as Bill O’Reilly’s ‘Killing A Good Thing’ and ‘The Little Book of Big Bombs’.
He lists his accomplishments, “Lowered my golf handicap, my Twitter following increased by 700, and finally we can shoot hibernating bears…my boys will love that!”
As his 100th day is around the corner, we’ve dug out this hilarious map made prior to Trump’s seemingly farcical claim he’d be president in December 2015 of what the world looks like according to the Commander-in-Chief.
Bulgarian artist Yanko Tsvetkov’s ‘global sterotype’ maps have grown in so much popularity, they have been published in two books of satirical images.
Tsvetkov wrote in a blog post:
“It’s time to face things as they really are: Trump, for all his potential as a shrewd businessman, actually possesses the mentality of a rural alcoholic whose only experience with political debate starts and ends at a local pub.
If you’re a bit more sentimental and forgiving, you can picture him as that racist uncle you still care about because deep in his heart he’s a ‘good person.’ Being an idiot excuses you from idiotic actions. Being a clever person acting like an idiot, doesn’t.”
It wouldn’t be Trump’s if his first 100 days in office hadn’t been surrounded by almost daily controversy. There’s been surprise allegations, Twitter storms, bad jokes, awkward speeches and harsh attacks. Then of course there’s also been allegations over Russia, tirades against the media, failure to get through healthcare changes, a significantly more proactive foreign policy, the travel ban, the consequential federal judge drama, global protests, ‘interesting’ Cabinet choices, awkward international meeting, FBI investigations and so many others!
The opinion of this so-called judge, which essentially takes law-enforcement away from our country, is ridiculous and will be overturned!

Terrible! Just found out that Obama had my “wires tapped” in Trump Tower just before the victory. Nothing found. This is McCarthyism!

As he approaches the 100-day milestone polls show that just 40% of Americans approve of Trump’s job so far, with 55% disapproving.
Bill Clinton held the previous record taking 573 days for having more than 50% of Americans disapproving his presidency. Again according to Gallup, Trump’s disapproval rating was 51% by the 28th January – 8 days after his inauguration…
